To recover Client’s assets held by customers across APAC under warranty and contract through inbound/outbound calls and email coordination. Communicate with customers via telephone and email to obtain on time recovery of assets and support with required information or data.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Degree/Diploma holders in any fields with no experiences required. Or open to Highschool graduates with working experiences.
  2. Proficiency in English & Vietnamese languages.
  3. Having experience in Customer Support will be added advantages, but not compulsory to have.
  4. Having relevant experience/background in Logistics/Soft Collections will be added advantages, but not compulsory to have.
  5. Typing speed average 25-wpm. Very good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, etc.). Must know excel functions are pivot, VLOOKUP and basic formulas.
  6. Convincing negotiation skills. Result-oriented. Calm & composed. Confident and clear in communication. Problem solving ability and CAN DO Attitude.
  7. Presence of mind & ability to concentrate on the task assigned.
  8. Active listening skills. Patience to understand and offer correct response.
  9. Works cooperatively with others to achieve target and objectives. Accomplishes own tasks in support of team goals and actively offers to help colleagues. Supports group decisions.

Key activities

  1. Making outbound calls to ensure the order raised under warranty and contract are delivered.
  2. Receiving inbound calls from external & internal customers.
  3. Checking Status if RMAs is closed.
  4. Assist customers in RMA creation.
  5. Maintain and update database of customers with complete and accurate information.
  6. Have clear Understanding of KPIs [Key performance indicators].
  7. Demonstrate right 1st time behavior.
