Job Requirements

  1. Open to Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holders in any field.
    1. For Bachelor’s Degree holders:
      • No experience required. Full Training Provided.
    2. For Diploma/Associate’s Degree holders:
      • must have at least 2-5 years of full-time working experience (as long as working duration can be verified by HR of your previous companies during background check) - for working visa process as per Malaysia immigrations’ requirements.
  2. Preferably experienced in Customer Support (call/email/chat).
  3. Good proficiency in English (B2) & Thai languages.

Job Description

  1. Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat (90%) and phone calls (10%).
  2. Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
  3. Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
  4. Perform all procedures accurately, including following client's documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes.
  5. Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly.
  6. Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
  7. Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
  8. Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes.
