Job Requirements

  1. Open to Bachelor’s Degree holders in any fields.
  2. At least 1 years’ experience in B2B Sales + Digital Marketing (FB Ads/Google Ads).
  3. Proficiency in English (B2) & Cantonese languages.
  4. Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems
  5. Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
  6. Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment
  7. Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients
  8. Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  9. Takes direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavior
  10. Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently
  11. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  12. Feels comfortable contacting clients via phone, chat or email

Job Description

  1. Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
  2. Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption
  3. When applicable, manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
  4. When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
  5. Become an expert on all Advertising solutions within Client’s Digital Platform.
  6. Ability to identify trends and solve problems.
