Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree holder required with minimum 1-2 years experience in B2B Sales + preferably Digital Marketing (FB Ads/Google Ads) experience.
  2. Proficiency in Thai & Vietnamese.

Job Description

  1. Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
  2. Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption
  3. When applicable, manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
  4. When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
  5. Become an expert on all Facebook Advertising solutions.
  6. Ability to identify trends and solve problems.
  7. Providing vital product insights & feedbacks, from their own experience using the Facebook Products and sharing the feedback from the Facebook Advertisers.
  8. Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the Facebook products.
  9. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. 1 to 3 years working in a Digital marketing/online sales organization
  3. Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems
  4. Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
  5. Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment
  6. Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients
