Job Requirements

  1. Open to Bachelor’s Degree holders in any fields, with at least 1-2 years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in Healthcare.
  2. Proficiency in English & Thai.

Job Description

  1. Operating an inbound and outbound inside sales to serve the customers.
  2. Ability to handle incoming/ outgoing calls inside sales campaign.
  3. Build qualify campaign leads.
  4. Covert leads into orders.
  5. Capture call information with dates, customer inputs, sales journey in SFDC, reasons for disqualification of leads.
  6. Follow up with the qualified customers via email.
  7. In the absence of the customer information in given database, search the web for the customer contact information.
  8. Maintain a customer database as provided.
  9. Conduct mini-projects as requested.
  10. Ability to handle complaints and enquiries that raised.
  11. Ability to use the computer-based tools (CRM tool, Knowledge Base application, etc.) in order to effectively respond to consumer inquiries.
  12. Phenomenal interpersonal skills, plus self-motivation, tenacity and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  13. Experience handling a high-volume workload
