The Customer Master Data Associate will set up and maintain customer master data accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible for delivering high data quality standards and ensuring outputs are delivered within established Service Levels.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field, preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance.
  2. Minimum 3 years or more working experience preferred.
  3. Good proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages.
  4. Good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
  5. Knowledge of Oracle system will be preferred.

Job Description

  1. Create and update customer accounts. Work with sales, finance and customer service to ensure customers are set up within established service level agreements and divisional/ business rules.
  2. Handle internal inquiries related to customer master data.
  3. Responsible for calls or requests of a non-routine nature that require deviation from standardized procedures
  4. Identify systems errors and gaps and provide suggestions for improved systems functionality.
  5. Prepare, record, analyze and report transactions and ensure the integrity of records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted policies and principles.
  6. Ensure all key processes and quality SLA’s are met.
