Customer Service Executive is responsible for answering incoming calls, emails & chat transactions from customers on inquiries, complaints, problem solving and to provide quality service that exceeds the guest's expectation, coupled with real-time escalations. Customer Service Executive must be able to handle inquiries via all supported media channels both inbound and outbound services. Customer Service Executive is required to represent the organization appropriately to all guests and partners.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holders in any field.
  2. Proficiency in English & Vietnamese languages.
  3. Customer service oriented.
  4. Planning & Organizing – Ability to multitask, planning and prioritize workload
  5. Flexible and able to adapt changes
  6. Self-motivated individual to do repetitive tasks
  7. Preferably with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  8. Able to work in fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
  9. Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
  10. Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
  11. Must be able to work on rotate shift as needed (Weekdays, Weekends & Public Holidays)

  3. SOP knowledge and resources to appropriately provide resolution
  4. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
  5. Demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  6. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
