Job Requirements

  1. Open to SPM/Diploma/Degree holders in any fields.
  2. Min 4 years in Customer Service.
  3. Chinese Malaysian female with good proficiency in English & Chinese, preferably able to speak at least 2-3 Chinese dialects.

Job Description

  1. Answer phone calls, emails & WhatsApp inquiries promptly and keep records.
  2. Check stocks & issuing D/O (Ensure VX process is done) & master the NSK RAS system to improve service level.
  3. Key in all back orders and update to customers from time to time.
  4. Preparing customer order forms.
  5. Ordering stock (Ad-hoc) for customers from GAM stock or global stock
  6. Handling enquiries & prepare quotations on timely manners.
  7. Follow up quotations and feedback to Sales team.
  8. Sourcing bearings from Company RAS GR for urgent inquiries.
  9. Satisfy customers enquiry & handling any problems/ complains.
  10. Conversion of competitors’ part no to Company.
  11. Working as a team among other CS members and close communication within inter dept (Sales, BCL, Marketing etc.)
