Job Requirements

  1. Open to:
    1. High School Graduates - with min 8-10 years of full-time working experience.
    2. Diploma/Degree holders in any field, preferably with 3-6 months of relevant experience.
      1. for expats (non-Malaysian) with Diploma: 2-3 years of full-time working exp is compulsory and must-have for working visa process.
  2. Good proficiency in English (B2) & Mandarin (speaking, reading & writing; preferably HSK 5/6).
  3. Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  4. Strong computer navigation skills, Keyboarding Skills, internet surfing and PC Knowledge.
  5. With basic understanding to industry related terminologies.
  6. Dependable with strong attention to detail
  7. Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
  8. Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
  9. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  10. Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

Job Description

  1. Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
  2. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
  3. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  4. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
  5. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  6. Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
  7. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  8. Offer additional products and/or services
