Job Requirements

  1. Education qualification requirements:
    1. For local Thai: open to Senior Vocational/Diploma/Degree holders.
    2. For expats: must have at least Bachelor’s Degree (compulsory).
  2. Freshers with passion to learn about Ecommerce business are welcome to apply.
  3. Excellent in Japanese speaking, reading & writing (min JLPT N1-N3, certificate required).
  4. Having experience in Customer Support (email/call/chat) will be added advantages.
  5. Excellent communication skills.

Job Description

  1. Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
  2. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
  3. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  4. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  5. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
  6. Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
  7. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  8. Offer additional products and/or services.
