You work as part of a professional Field Sales Team introducing our electrical connectors; starting with customer/prospect visits, calls and e-mail, evaluating solutions and finally get the orders, determinate your daily work.

Job Requirements

1. Open to Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holders in any field, preferably with Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics) background.
2. Min 3 years of Sales experience, preferably in the Power Generation - Electrical Connector Supplying industry (e.g. serving customers in Switchgear Manufacturers, direct/indirect to Utilities companies e.g. TNB).
3. Good proficiency in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Hands-on experience in PTD sector will be added advantages.
5. Previous experience of working with CRM would be advantageous.
6. Proficient in computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
7. Possess a car driving license, preferably with own vehicle.
8. Willing to undertake traveling 80% of the time.
9. Curious personality who wants to understand customers applications and likes to develop and propose innovative solutions
10. Able to build strong Customers relationships
11. Team player, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

Job Description

1. Develop new customers base in the region with a strong focus on Power, Transmission & Distribution (PTD) & General Industry applications.
2. Countries Coverage : Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines & Indonesia
3. During customer/prospect visits/phone calls you require to understand their applications and introduce our solutions to address these applications.
4. Maintaining existing customer base.
5. Follow running projects closely.
6. Document your activities in our CRM system.
