Global Business Services (GBS) was established as a new transversal, multi-disciplinary function supporting and accelerating the company’s transformation towards establishing a sustainable standalone Consumer Healthcare business through the implementation of a set of operational legal presence across in-scope markets.

Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Global Business Services (GBS) drives transformation projects to ensure it delivers best in class processes in terms of quality, cost, performance, customer satisfaction and needs, supported by high quality master data and performance KPIs.

For PEOPLE SERVICES, GBS will be covering the following areas of the process:

The People Services Employee & External Life Cycle Specialist - Vietnam reports to the People Service Lead. He / She will work closely with P&C, Legal, Finance, Digital and Facilities management at regional and country levels and People Services teams in countries and KL Hub.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Bachelor’s Degree holders in any fields, preferably in HR or Business Administration.
  2. Fresh Graduates who enjoy communicating with people, has common sense & right mind set, with a passion for HR can be considered.
  3. Good proficiency in English & Vietnamese languages.
  4. Preferably overall 3-5 years hands on experience in an international, multicultural, complex environment within one of below areas:
  5. Preferably experienced in payroll processes, policies, and systems landscape harmonization.
  6. Preferably experienced in working remotely with different teams.

    1. Good understanding of and hands on experience with HR / Human Capital Management-related tools & systems (essential) as e.g. Workday & SAP (advantageous).
    2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (essential)

    2. Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (essential)
    3. Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HRS front line teams with an end to end mindset (essential)
