The Player Support Specialist will serve as a key liaison between the company and its gaming community. This role requires a passionate individual who is adept at handling various customer service functions related to our gaming products. The specialist will be responsible for addressing in-game inquiries, handling complaints, and providing continuous support to enhance the overall gaming experience.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to:
    1. Diploma holders - min 2 years of full-time working experience required for working visa process!
    2. Bachelor’s Degree holders in any field.
  2. Min 1-2 years of Customer Support, preferably with email support channel.
  3. Must have gaming experience (game name to be disclosed during screening call).
    1. Min level required: 30 - screenshot proof required.
    2. Game User ID required for proof of gaming level check!
  4. Good proficiency in English & Vietnamese languages.
  5. Familiarity with the gaming industry, extensive gaming experience and a passion for anime culture will be considered added advantages.
  6. Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Courteous with strong customer service orientation with resilience to stress.
  9. Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
  10. Ability to support and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes
  12. Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
  13. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
  14. Responsible, patient, and details oriented, with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
