On Site Support to undertake the calls and emails executed in relation to inbound leads and select lists of contacts on behalf of our Client to prospective and existing customers to uncover opportunities and appoint next steps relating to these opportunities.

An opportunity is a project which is defined against 4 critical criteria (‘BANT’): namely:

  1. It is Budgeted
  2. A person in a position of Authority relating to this project has been spoken to directly
  3. There is a clearly defined need which can be solved by our Client’s solutions or services
  4. There is a Time-frame to execute this project within the next 9 months.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field, preferably IT.
  2. Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably B2B Sales.
  3. Proficiency in English & Vietnamese languages.
  4. Knowledge in Salesforce and other sales CRM is an added advantage.
  5. Experience in outbound telemarketing environment is a strong advantage
  6. Sound presentation and negotiation skills with proficient solution selling approach and qualify leads
  7. Ability to identify buying signals
  8. Good objection handling skills
  9. Good multi-tasking skills and flex from one priority to another
  10. Able to manage pipeline of new and existing leads
