Across all Client’s channel and businesses, our Client is responsible for acquiring new users and delivering increased revenue and contribution growth. The company is comprised of SMB Direct Sales and Accountant Sales Consultants.

It is critical that Inside Sales Consultants live the Intuit values and the brand in their interactions.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Bachelor’s Degree holders in any fields.
  2. At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  3. Experienced in Inside Sales.
  4. Familiar with handling Business Clients through cold calling/email/chat channels.
  5. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese languages.

Job Description

  1. Ability to discover & understand customer’s financial needs/pain points.
  2. Add value by providing solutions to meet customer needs.
  3. Build strong relationships & trust with customers by assisting with on-boarding and unlocking the full value of QuickBooks.
  4. Create and follow a structured sales week approach to drive high levels of call activity and productive conversations with customers.
  5. Proactively contacts customers to help customers understand the value they will derive from the solution
  6. Possesses negotiation skills to profitably direct and manage the customer relationship.
  7. In-depth technical knowledge of QuickBooks.
  8. Ability to work with customers to identify and resolve issues quickly and ensures organization addresses issues root cause.
  9. Identifies and considers innovative approaches to situations or problems
  10. Ability to flex from one priority to another.
