Job Requirements

Open to Diploma/Professional Degree/Bachelor's Degree holders in any field, preferably in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in digital marketing or online marketing. Fresh Graduates with relevant marketing internship experiences are welcomed to apply.
Good proficiency in English and Mandarin languages (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Possess basic knowledge in doing calculation and Google Sheet / Microsoft Excel formula.
Nice to have Project Management related experience.
Proficient communicator — able to provide clear updates on the progress of campaigns and knowing how to illustrate issues and required actions for a coworker.
Organized and good attention to details.
Able to work and manage different on-going tasks independently at the same time without supervision.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

Job Description

Managing the execution of sales campaigns and email marketing activities and generating relevant reports.
Responsible for researching and proposing new marketing ideas for the brands and business units (BU).
Participating in the activities of events management such as baby fairs and roadshows.
Ensuring marketing materials of brands and BU/s under your charge are up to date.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to update marketing materials when necessary.
Conduct monthly social listening on all online platforms of brands and BU/s under your charge and generate relevant reports.
Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out
