One of the multiple Service Lines include People Services which supports the below activities:

The Associate would be supporting the in the end to end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, internal movement, offboarding) for Asia countries with the main focus on Thailand.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field, preferably in Human Resources/Business Administration/Psychology. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  2. Proficiency in English and Thai (both verbal & written) languages.
  3. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Words
  4. Have experience in HR Operations (preferably have experience with HRIS like Workday, ServiceNow).
  5. Able to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (from customer oriented/service environment).
  6. Experienced in social activities and student or University organization.
  7. Proactive, Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  8. Can connect the dots and think strategically
  9. Willingness to develop and learn
  10. Effective communication at all levels.
