Cloud Enablement Desk Specialist (CED) roles exist to allow Microsoft to scale our Cloud partner coverage through a phone based engagement strategy and process. CED will develop and manage a portfolio of partners over the phone. Account Management (Outbound call + Email support). CED will work with a variety of partner types such as Independent Software Vendors (ISV), reseller, and solution partners. CED is ultimately responsible for attainment against revenue, scorecard targets, and partner satisfaction. This role adds significant value to Microsoft partners and customers by helping partners deliver world class technology solutions to their customers. CED develops the sales, marketing, and technical capabilities of the partner that align with and impact specific subsidiary and segment revenue and scorecard goals by connecting them to Microsoft resources and advising them on how these resources can be used to address their needs. This role is both unique and challenging in that the CED will have responsibility for managing and growing revenue across a relatively large base of partners – executing this responsibility over the phone.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma holders in any fields.
  2. At least 1 year experience of Customer Support in Call Center.
  3. Proficiency in English & Thai languages.

Job Description

  1. Partner Business Planning and Development · Partner Profiling and Business Planning: capture partner profile, identify business goals, onboard into the program based on the agreed relevant CED services and complete within the give timeline. · Quality Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key executives within sales, marketing and operations. · Transition to the Cloud: lead planning effort with the partner to build a cloud practice. For partners that currently only support an on premise business model; work with them to leverage this customer base to transition to a cloud centric business model.

Performance Management · Predictable Rhythm: Engage in regular rhythm with partners to ensure joint business objectives are being met. · Increase Partner Satisfaction: Attainment agreed CED services established in Partner Business Plan. · Cloud Competency Attainment: Sustain or transact partner to attain any of the cloud competency, with consumption of MPN benefit.
