Job Requirements

  1. Open to Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder in any related fields or its equivalent.
  2. Preferably with 1-2 years of related working experience.
  3. Good proficiency in English & Mandarin languages.
  4. Preferably having basic knowledge in Sales Order Processing or Purchasing.
  5. Experiences in Purchasing & SAP system will be added advantage.
  6. Possess strong administrative, planning and organizational capabilities.
  7. Able to interact professionally with the all level / internal / external customer.
  8. Possess strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills.
  9. Positive attitude, team player and willing to learn.
  10. Able to work independently with minimal supervision & multitasking.

Job Description

  1. Ensure timely and flawless creation of sales order / processing of customer orders & Delivery Order in the system to meet customer request date.
  2. Constantly work with internal customer / coordinate with respective dept in monitoring the shipments and providing order status/delivery status to customer from time to time.
  3. To consolidate customer POs & release PO to supplier in accurate & timely manner.
  4. Swiftly engage with external customers, internal customers and coordinate with logistics on timely delivery of goods and to swiftly resolve delivery disputes & product discrepancy etc., if any.
  5. Ensure complete and accurate documentation and timely compilation of proof of delivery(POD) documents and record keeping. Match and file all corresponding documents in an orderly fashion to ensure quick retrieval.
