Job Requirements
- Open to Fresh Graduates who are diligent and smart.
- Good proficiency in English & Mandarin languages.
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing.
- Preferably 2-4 years’ experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environment.
- Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet-based systems.
- Proven solid attendance record with all past employment.
- Experience working with a team.
- Ability to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracy.

- Provide Introduction Call for New Applicants
- Remind candidates to complete profile information and pending assessments
- Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
- Confirm attendance for HM Interviews
- Generate and send offer letters/packages (internal only)
- Final Offer Calls for Hired candidates
- Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
