As a Recruitment Professional, you serve an integral role as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the full recruiting lifecycle. Work with a team using the most innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Fresh Graduates who are diligent and smart.
  2. Good proficiency in English & Mandarin languages.
  3. Preferably 2 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing.
  4. Preferably 2-4 years’ experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environment.
  5. Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  6. Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet-based systems.
  7. Proven solid attendance record with all past employment.
  8. Experience working with a team.
  9. Ability to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracy.

Job Description

  1. Provide Introduction Call for New Applicants
  2. Remind candidates to complete profile information and pending assessments
  3. Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
  4. Confirm attendance for HM Interviews
  5. Generate and send offer letters/packages (internal only)
  6. Final Offer Calls for Hired candidates
  7. Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated
  8. Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
