Job Requirements

  1. Open to Bachelor’s Degree holders in any field.
  2. 7+ years on People Management with sizeable team.
  3. Proficiency in English & Mandarin languages.
  4. Strong experience on People/Project Management & leading Process Improvement.
  5. 2-3 years SAP order processing experience will be preferred.
  6. Finance or Supply Chain Management understanding will be added advantages.

Job Description

Specific Roles

  1. Accountable to meet Service Level (eg; SLA) and Customer Satisfaction (eg; CS index)
  2. Monitoring daily performance of executives
  3. Problem solving to minimize aging transaction and customer dispute
  4. Proactively interface with unit key users to facilitate transaction processing
  5. Monitor team performance and its service quality so to deliver proper coaching and training
  6. Develop initiative aligned with company direction and lead change management of team
  7. Act as a mentor for senior executive who works in different process area
  8. Involve RBO leadership faculty to contribute an entire organization development
  9. Participate in peer coaching with DBS or Unit Key Users to understand each stakeholders
