The role will be responsible for period closing activities, fixed asset management, intercompany transactions, bank transactions, balance sheet reconciliation, financial and management reporting, local statutory and tax support for WPP subsidiaries.

Responsible for the overall management and operations of the RTR function, ensuring quality delivery of services and in a timely manner while adhering to company standards, policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or related field, and professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA etc.).
  2. Preferably 6 years of experience in RTR operations.
  3. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  4. Knowledge of SOX Compliance norms relating to the process.
  5. Experience in using ERP system.
  6. Preferably with shared service center experience.
  7. Good proficiency in English & Thai languages.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills. Analytical. Problem solving.

Record To Report

  1. Ensure the team’s accurate and timely delivery of general accounting and reporting, fixed assets, statutory accounting and direct and indirect tax services (i.e. journal postings, RTR maintenance, report preparation, reconciliations, tax submissions, etc.) in accordance with SLAs and compliance with WPP policies, SOP and Internal control (SOX).
  2. Track KPI - ensure the deliverables’ quality and timeliness meet the requirements per SLAs.
  3. Oversee month end RTR process to ensure timely completion of closing and reporting.
  4. Manage escalation from cross function or stakeholders.
  5. Involved in service review meeting with stakeholders to present the SLAs, open and outstanding issues.
  6. Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent and others.
