10. High on Vietnamese literature skills.

Job Description

1. A Text reviewer Associate’s role is to handle all chat from in-game and categorize to appropriate field.
2. Reviewing online contents like comments/chats
3. Updating contents on Client’s website.

Preferrable Qualifications

1. Strong Email contact handling skills and active listening skills.
2. Proficiency and comprehension of language supported (Vietnamese).
3. Logical and problem solving skills.
4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
