Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework ensures that the company is conducting business with third parties who align to its ethical standards.

The TPRM specialist works with internal risk experts and external suppliers to execute the process with complete responsibility and diligence to minimize the risks for the company; acts as a subject matter expert in the process and provides administrative support to the overall TPRM Operating Model.

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Degree holders in any fields, preferably from Finance/Procurement background. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  2. 0-3 years of Finance/Procurement experience working in a global environment.
  3. Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
  4. Relevant experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management will be preferred.
  5. Experience in supporting compliance related processes will be preferred.
  6. Auditing and/or business process re-engineering experience, with strong internal control focus would be an added advantage.
  7. Experience in working with ticketing tool (e.g. ServiceNow) will be preferred.

Job Description

  1. Manage Third Party Risk Management Activities
  2. Process on-boarding workflows for new supplier qualifications
  3. Able to ensure stakeholder and demand management ensuring smooth business partnering
  4. Support coordination of risk reviews on suppliers for risk areas such as Labor rights, HSE, Anti-bribery, GxP Quality, Animal welfare, Contractor Safety, ISRM and Data Privacy
  5. Perform routine compliance assessment and analysis of supplier information
  6. Process questionnaires for confirmed cases and interact with supplier in case of problems or questions
  7. Analyze and review questionnaire, additional documents, in particular for red flags
  8. Update and maintain local supplier registers for country divisions
  9. Coordinate the identification and ranking of vendor risks
