The Technical Implementation Specialist team is an outsourced program with the focus of contacting new and existing Advertisers, within the Small and Medium Business category, which have been identified as missing technical integrations necessary to be successful advertising on the Client Family of Apps. These advertisers are active in the platform and have received a channel marketing message from Client where they got offered to have a session (or multiple sessions) with an Implementation Specialist which can help them integrate more technical solutions to drive the best performance for their advertising spend. These programs may have three variations:

Job Requirements

  1. Open to Bachelor’s Degree holders in any field, preferably in IT/Technical.
  2. Proficiency in English (min level B2) and Thai languages.
  3. Min 1 year experience in Web Development or Web Design.
  4. Knowledgeable of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, API, and Google Analytics.
  5. Preferably having experience in Technical Support and/or Customer Support.
  6. Preferably having experience or knowledge in Sales.
  7. Preferably having experience with social media advertising, digital marketing, and various tools such as Pixel, MS Office, electronic mail systems, as well as API/SDK integration.

Job Description

  1. As a technical supporter, you will contact customers via phone, chat, and email after making an appointment.
  2. You support customers by integrating their website, their store, or their account and aid in solving technical challenges.
  3. Identify content and performance potential and advise the customer on the technical integration and improvement of processes.
  4. A step-by-step guide to implementing the Conversions API. Instructions for Direct Integration and Integration as a Platform - CAPI Gateway, CAPI Partners, CAPI for Google Tag Manager
  5. With diligence, you track the customers' successes through constant monitoring.
